1. Your Rights under Australian Consumer Law
As a consumer, you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). These rights are in addition to any return policy offered by us. If a product you purchase is faulty, damaged, not as described, or does not perform as expected, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or repair.
2. Change of Mind Returns
If you have simply changed your mind, we offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return:

3. How to Return a Product
Once your return is approved, you have 14 days to send the product back to us. Please ensure it is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you request otherwise.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will cover return shipping costs and offer you the choice of a replacement, refund or store credit, in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
